-Send us your design and we will have it ready for press. 
- You can send us the images by email at info@kingdomsocietyapparel after placing the order.

Width
- Please choose the width you want your design to be produced and enter the exact size in personalization.

Additional Options
- We offer Background Removal, Rush and Super Rush options to your orders.
- Please add them to the cart after adding your WTI heat transfer Print purchases if you want these additional services.

Background Removal
- We will remove the background on the image you sent and prepare it to be suitable for WTI heat transfer production.

Rush
- If you have rush option selected and paid, we will have the image shipped out after 2 days receiving the image and use UPS 2-3 Day shipping to send out the order. The expected delivery is within 4 weekdays after we receive the order/image.
- We do not process orders on the weekends so if you place the order with rush option on Friday and Saturday, we will ship out the order by Tuesday.

Super Rush
- With Super Rush, we will ship out the image the next weekday after receiving the image with UPS Next day Shipping. The expected delivery is within 2 weekdays after we receive the order/image.
- We do not process orders on the weekends so if you place the order with super rush option on Friday and Saturday, we will ship out the order on Monday.

IMAGES WE ACCEPT
- We recommend vector images such as AI, PDF, EPS, SVG for high quality prints
- We also accept PNG but we may not accept them if the quality is too low.
- For PNG, resolution 72 DPI or above recommended.
- Please remove the background and send us the image.
. If you need us to remove the background, please select Remove Background from the option and pay the extra fee per image.

***We cannot guarantee if the colors are the same as what you expect and no refunds can be given due to colors not match***
****Home Iron is not ideal to be used to press the WTI transfer to any sort of garment****

It will take about 5 weekdays for us the print and ship out the product.
